This hotel has a wonderful location, close to all the attractions in the city. It is tucked away in a quiet corner, but only a few minutes' walk from the main areas. The shared common areas are beautiful and well-maintained, adding to the overall charm of the hotel. the rooms are impeccably clean and well-equipped, with comfortable beds and quality toiletries. The staff is friendly and helpful, offering great recommendations to make the most of your stay. The breakfast here is exceptional, possibly the best hotel breakfast ever.
Although everything about our stay was fantastic, it was a bit inconvenient to have to go to a grocery store to buy water every night. It would have been nicer if the hotel provided more water or had a more convenient way for guests to access it.

From arrival to departure, my experience at this hotel was beyond luxurious. the staff made sure all of my exclusive amenities needs were fulfilled with professional and friendly service. the Spa & wellness centre and Sauna were exceptional, providing an oasis of relaxation. the room was spacious and boasted exclusive advantages such as high-quality toiletries, a comfortable bed, and calming pillow mist. the onsite Restaurant and Bar/Lounge area offered a delectable menu and exquisite drinks. the private facilities were also exceptional and added to the hotel's exclusivity. the hotel was conveniently located near many popular attractions.
The only minor issue I found was that the hotel only provided two small cans of water on check-in and charged for additional water. This policy felt incongruous with the hotel's opulent atmosphere and cheapened my experience.

A lovely hotel with perfect attention to detail, blending old-world charm and modern luxury. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and were really good too make our stay nice. The location was quiet yet conveniently close to main attractions. The room was everything was super clean, well-equipped, and had little luxuries like quality toiletries and a Dyson hair dryer. Highly recommended.
Nothing, all excellent.
